Hands down THE worst Dunkin? I?ve ever visited. Menu doesn?t work yet they want you to have the menu memorized and order at the... speaker. Staff is extremely rude and doesn?t tolerate any questions regarding items on the menu as you can?t see them. Food cameout smashed. Just shut this one down and call it a day. Read more
Horrible service..tea tasted spoiled so I traded for a coffee..and it was terrible!! Man that took my order was very rude. I... asked for cream for my coffee & he handed me "one" cream. He obviously dosent like people and shouldn't be working in customerservice. Read more
The donuts didn't look or taste fresh. I had 1 raspberry jelly and 1 Boston cream. Both were cold. The Boston cream chocolate... was fake so I scraped it off. I only like the filling. The atmosphere was nice though despite the unfriendly employees. Read more

Not cool! Not cool at all! Awful servers. Teenage girls with no sense of responsibility or work ethnic. The property is well... located. Just a couple blocks away from the highway. It has everything to succeed. Good prices, a well known product, spotlessclean parking lot and dining room. But in the end it all comes down to the service. These girls were the classic example of theticktock generation. They went above and beyond to let me know that my business, my money, any customer satisfaction, is nottheir concern. No wonder why the other business next door was packed, while they were standing there alone. Read more
WORST Dunkin Donuts ever!!! They will charge you for items ,and not put them in your bag!! Went to a different Dunkin hoping that it would be better than the last one but I got badd but good results The bacon did not... come as the picture The bagel was good even now it tasted like nothing I had an everything bagel by the Way hash Browns thatthey serve I don't know if it's fried or heated in the oven but every time a tasted disgusting it looks amazing but it doesn'ttaste amazing, those refreshers are terrible they taste like peach tea with no sugar and it's watered down it's not refreshingat all Hopefully the next Duncan I go to will be better two down more to go to end this on a good note the FROZEN CHOCOLATE isamazingggggggg Read more
