I love DD and I never have a complaint, however, I was disgusted today when I went to pick up my Mobil order and witnessed the... cashier (who was preparing my order) coughing all over my drink. I understand that everyone is not going to wear a mask, but ifyou are preparing food at least wear one. Especially if you are coughing. So I came in with 4 different orders for co-workers. During lunch hour, during a pandemic and worker shortage.. The girl that... took my order was so cheerful and helpful, very quickly and efficiently took my four orders, and by the time I walked to theother side of the counter everything was ready in separate bags with all of the correct orders and labeled the bags. Everyonewas friendly there, and efficient and I will definitely be going there a lot more often. Read more

Went there December 18, 2020 at 6PM I go inside and there is nobody at the counter walk around for 6,7 minutes and still... nothing. There was a Male guy that never came out to the counter and a female the female saw me a still noticing I was notbeing serviced didn't get up or do nothing and ignored me. Its pathetic to go into a place to spend your hard earned money in aplace like this with such bad customer service! Line took forever. Could barely hear on speaker. Was not greeted probably. I was told they could not make me a frozen coffee... with oat milk but they could make me a frozen strawberry coolata. Doesn?t make sense. Poor attitudes. Disappointed. Read more
