We had a terrible experience with the manager last night at Yabba's. He was extremely rude & argued with us over a mistake he... made. This event should never have escalated to the point it did. Our evening was completely ruined. After returning home Icalled my credit card company to check on the charges from the restaurant. The manager Keith Cronebach charged us twice onpurpose. This was no accident & totally illegal. I will be pursuing this matter further perhaps with an attorney. Read more
Culinary Concepts refused to prove that a $100 gift card was used, they claimed it had $0 balance however the card was shipped... to NH and last week was the first time it was actually in Naples. They LOST all the transaction history on the card! I had tofight them to get them to put even $50 on the card. What company can't properly track a gift card. What a joke! Read more

We have enjoyed dining at, Culinary Concepts' Pazzo Ristorante on 5th Ave. for many years. The food was always of high quality... and the prices were fair. Lately, however, the converse is true. In March, I ordered my favorite dish, Tuna Puttanesca, as Ihave for a few years and it came with the lowest quality Tuna, full of grizzle or veins. Nowhere else have I been served suchgarbage! I complained to the waiter, which is most likely as far as it went. In addition, the price was raised from $27.50 to$31.50. Last night, prior to attending a play we noticed that the price is now $36.00! Needless to say, I ordered a differentdish, Chicken Aqua Limone, which turned out to be dry and tasteless. My wife's Grouper was not any better. We will not return tothis establishment even though we have a Culinary Concepts Club Card. Read more
