Best Ice Cream shop, I've loved Cold Stone for decades, their concept is amazing, the ice cream very creamy and delicious.

My wife and I just had a WONDERFUL experience here tonight. After a long evening of Christmas shopping, we both had a major... craving for ice cream however by the time we realized this it was 10:20 and Cold Stone was already closed so we thought..... however seeing that the "open" sign was not lit but two gentlemen were standing in the store, we decided to walk-in and theygreeted us with smiling faces and said sure we would love to give you a nice bowl of ice cream even though we're closed we wouldbe happy to do it anytime. Employess such as Carlos and Jesse are what make certain experiences so pleasurable not only did theyhave an awesome product but they had a great attitude and a great spirit about them. Ordered my favorite birthday cake for my son's birthday party. One of Cold Stone Signature Cakes. Cost 45$. I was very excited... to share it with his guests, but upon eating it I was absolutely HEART SICK!!! It was nothing but a SHADOW of what the REALCold Stone cake should be! Just a plain old ice cream cake with NONE of the special ingredients mixed into the ice cream! Shame! Shame! Shame! What a disappontment!!! I?ve been coming to this ice cream shop and never had a complaint until today. I ordered one of their specialty ice creams, an... apple pie a la Cold Stone to be specific and the girl who made my ice cream added pecans to it when the ice free didn?t includepecans, I told her I couldn?t eat pecans and asked her to make me a new one. She made me a new one and covered the ice cream inso much cinnamon I couldn?t even see the ice cream or the toppings, plus she gave me half the amount of ice cream that wassupposed to be in it. I apologized and told her I didn?t want the ice cream, to keep it even though I had already paid for it.They didn?t apologize neither offer to give me my money back. Horrible service today Read more
