Love the food and the good service , Consistency throughout every restaurant.
Unfriendly staff. Poor service. Poor attitudes means poor management. Takes to long. Not typical chik fila.
There are no designated spots for specifically chick fil a customers. They take 20 minutes to bring a sandwich out. They also... manipulate the app to say there is bad weather out when its clear and sunny so that they don't have to send people out to thecurbside pick ups. Read more
This is a new era for fast food, not to mention that the quality, taste ND product is 100 times better than most fine... restaurants around. By the way , management was awesome, as the new e.ployee was getting trained ND ordered the wrong sandwichfor me, by the time I was back to ask, Manger apologized and got me another sandwich in few min.
