Arrived and the hostess sat us and waited a long time for drinks and there was barely any tables. I ordered the Trio and when I... got it I took a bite and it was very cold. The manager came over and I told him the lasagna was cold. He looked at me like I waslying. I said stick your finger in it and see. They replaced it and my chicken parm was as hard as a hockey puk.
