Mussels and Caesar salad were good, however, I preferred the old mussel recipe which included Pernod.

Out server was super sweet and the food was pretty good! Descent gluten free options except no breads offered..
Just have to say that with everything going on that Andros made the hectic day so much better! He was extremely pleasant,... helpful, when he had down time he helped the bartender that was excellent as well and worked a double shift that day. This guyneeds a raise in my book! Carrabba's Italian grill is good ???? ???? and great to eat and... drink ???????? while everything is good to eat and drink I love Tuscan grilled pork chops o it was good very good. AndCarrabba's Italian grill has great service with a great group of people working with you like family. On top of that you have anice young man working with you his name is krese tall young black guy black kid. My wife and I go to their happy hour every few weeks. Today was exceptional, our server Andros was excellent... very... professional, pleasant, friendly and prompt. He made sure everything was to our liking. I recommend asking for Andros if he'sworking. Read more
We started with the new bread and dipping sauce trio, marinara and the pink sauce were ok but Alfredo sauce was so... disappointing, so watery and taste like warm milk, Any caned sauce is better than this one, bread was warm and delicious. Iordered linguine pescatore DELICIOUS, better than I was expecting. Unpleasant surprise when I saw at least 8 servers/ foodrunners handling bread without gloves. Everyone was touching the bread with bare hands to put it on the cutting machine, then toplace it on paper and finally in the baskets. No one sanitized their hands before handling ready to eat food. Luckily we were dining on a gift card. If this had been our own money I would be really upset instead of deeply disappointed in... the quality of food served. We are used to eating in Privately owned Italian restaurants that serve true quality Italian food.Not so here. The only saving grace was the Shrimp Scampi appetizer which was good but could have used a little more lemon andgarlic. The house salad suffered from dressing that someone forgot to mix in vinegar and spices with the oil base. TheMinestrone Soup lacked seasoning and stock flavor "bland at best". The Chicken Bryan was tough and needed more cheese. The sidepasta sauce was no more than watery tomato juice. The Tiramisu was fresh and tasty. Never going back! Read more
