10/18/22 I'm in naples fl working, I wanted puerto rican food. I'm a newyorker who's grown up around Puerto ???????? 's and I've... also visited ????????. I called for pepper steak the girl assured me it was what I was looking for. It was not nasty. however,it wasn't what I was looking for. Tasted nothing like what I'm use to. The red beans were very good, The portion sz was good.the food was piping hot food was made to order. The meat was tender. The lady the front was very nice. They put the salad in thesame container with the hot food so when you get home it's wilted and inedible. (They should change the way they do that, iwanted to eat my salad) Give them a try you may enjoy it. The plate was $16. The restaurant was clean. Read more

I actually went to go eat at the restaurant next door and wasn?t impressed with it so walked out and discovered the Caribbean... Island next door. Ordered the Jerk Chicken and I was absolutely amazed with the food and great service. I eat here at least oncea week and the quality of the food is consistent! I love the atmosphere of the restaurant and it?s a cute little place to getyour Caribbean fix. Read more

Wow! Restaurant 2 doors down was closed. Neighbor restaurant didn?t have air conditioning. Walked in and the only ones here.... Wondering what we were in for. Hmmm goat or ox tail. Asked the server and he recommended the ox tail. Wow! Never had ox beforeand I was blown away. So tender. So good. Buddy had the red snapper. Simply delicious as well. I had no idea the food wouldbe this good. I?ll be back! Retuned 1 week later. Ox tail is out?! Tried the goat stew and the mofongo. The goat was alittle chewy and the mofongo was lacking flavor. Restaurant is truly a hidden gem..small menu but packed with various food items from the Caribbean to the Americas. Customer... service was awesome. We will definitely go back. We ordered grilled chicken, oxtail, chicharrones(pork rinds), tostoneseverything was delicious, well seasoned and flavorful. We are sure they will be there or expanded in years to come.
