The worst customer service ever !!! I order a rodeo burger ,,well it come with a small pc of meet and one onion ring dry no bbq... ,,the idea of the rodeo burger is the bbq!! When I call them regarding the bbqthe Cuban women start yielding at me they do nothave bbq they stop using bbq a long time ago !! I ask then why they do not tell me !! Is so dry ! She said I do not have tolisten to you and hang up I call back she said if you are calling to complain about the burger stop calling !! And hang up again!! Never ever got treated so bad ! Every time I've gone through the Drive-thru here, the line is slow. I'll tell you why. These folks are extremely short-handed... yet, I've never had a bad meal, food is hot, service has always been polite. To the hardworking employees at this location, youROCK! The worst BK I've been to. Their board shows 12 Hot Wheels/Barbie toys to collect but yet they say their kids meal Does NOT come... with a toy. Also they say they don't have apple sauce for kids meal any more only fries. The Chicken Fries I ordered were staleand tasted like they were made yesterday and kept in a warmer.
