We have been staying in a hotel since the hurricane, so I cannot emphasize enough how nice it was to enjoy a delicious lunch,... with our family, especially on Thanksgiving day! We were undecided on our wine choice, and our server, immediately decided tobring us samples to try, which was very thoughtful. The food was amazing, and the portions were huge. We ordered a mix ofItalian plates and the turkey dinner, and I have to say, I was impressed with Thanksgiving dinner, especially since I didn'tcook it! Our server was very sweet and the manager even stopped by to say hello! We were sat by the kitchen area and we wereamazed by the Chef? and everyone helping to get the food out to the tables. It was a great to watch! Thank you for making ourholiday special! Read more

If I could give a reading less than the one I would. While I never have high expectations for their service I know that I could... count on the food at this location except for today. Below is an image of the calamari I ordered for my lunch. Not only did ittake 30mins to make below is what I got. While some may think why not have them make you another one, my answer is I would behalf way across he state before it would be ready. This is not my first disappointing experience however it will be my last. Read more

You are here for the good weather, right? Well then, enjoy it. Squeeze it. Patio restaurants and cafes are a must for those whom... 75 degrees is a gift of nature. Brio restaurant in Waterside mall is that. It is a nice predictable dish chain restaurant thatgives you a great patio as the stage for a pompous loaded sugar margarita. Florida's caressing weather combined with anentertaining sweet hard woking server equals a very good invitation for indulging with the drink of your choice, althoughnothing upscale. So forget about your blue label. Menu is just fine. Just make sure you ask what sauce is dressing your plate,if any, before ordering. Otherwise you could meet with the tragedy of a relatively fresh carpaccio assaulted by a creepymayonnaise whatever. Ask. Salmon is staying on the comfort zone, which is not a bad idea if your focus is bar material. Enjoywith no guilt! To Florida! land of the XL sizes! Read more

Been to Brio plenty of times. Brio is always a nice place to be. This time we had Anjé as our server. She was absolutely... wonderful. We got to sit in the indoor/outdoor booths. The weather was perfect for us. They changed the menu again like mostplaces are continuing to do. We got chicken ceasar salad, bruschetta platter, chicken milanese and the salmon salad. Which I hadnever tried before. All dishes were really yummy and the dressings were good too. Read more

This was our first visit to Brio and were thankful to get a reservation during their busy time. It took about 10 minutes for us... to be seated so not bad. The server Pepe was very nice and friendly but way too busy serving too many tables (I realize thelabor shortage so I can’t really blame anyone). In fact, I saw him literally running to the kitchen one time and felt bad forhim as he was trying his best. The appetizer (crusted tomatoes with mozzarella) was the best I’ve ever had - the tomatoeswere perfectly ripe and very well crusted then topped with the right amount of mozzarella. My wife and I are vegetarian so wehad a limited selection. I ordered the Mushroom Ravioli and asked for it to be spicy. I was not disappointed. This was likelythe most flavorful Mushroom Ravioli I’ve had - it’s hard to make such bland food (i.e., mushroom-containing food) flavorfulbut the chef made it taste really good. My wife ordered the Brio Pasta without the chicken (she’s vegetarian) and asked toremove the mushrooms (she does not like mushrooms) and to substitute asparagus instead and to make it spicy. Her dish came outdelicious and spicy just the way she wanted it. However, the chef forgot to put asparagus in it so we asked the server and hebrought it out separately. The asparagus was bland so my wife made it tasty by adding salt to it. Everything was wonderful andwe totally enjoyed the dinner. And, we will definitely come back. The only negative was that we were charged ($5) for the 8pieces of asparagus instead of substituting it for the mushrooms or even for the chicken. We were charged the same amount forthat dish as anyone else getting it with chicken plus we paid an extra $5 for the asparagus. I think you should look at yourpolicy for this kind of charge. I’m not asking to get a credit for the chicken or the mushroom but at least don’t charge forsubstituting one vegetable for another. The $5 is not going to break my bank but it just doesn’t seem right. Read more

So the food here is usually pretty good; one time it was ehh, service again pretty good however this last time the food was all... really good and for the first part service was good but the second half I asked for water like 3 times (very far apart) and onlyafter the 3rd ask after the left overs were wrapped up got water. Also I could not get the tab to pay. From when we finishedtill we could sign the tab and leave was almost 30 minutes which is very annoying. These are simple fixes; I’ll definitely goagain and hopefully can update to 5 star. Also the shrimp & eggplant appetizer is the best definitely try it! Read more
