Horrible customer service! The older guy with the beard (worked on tuesday around 2:30pm) doesn't care about customers and... doesn't know what good customer service is. I wanted to buy several slices of pizza and kindly asked him several times whichslices I wanted. at first he ignored me and then he said that all of them are the same. I kept being calm and nice. heeventually became very unpolite and rude. I will never ever buy anything there again! Read more
7-11 is the OFFICIAL SKID ROW of Naples Florida! if you ever wondered if Naples had one it does. A shirtless skinny guy... waving his arms around as his pants fell off greeted us as we walked in. The store had a dirty quality kind of messy. Cant sayits the overworked clerks fault though, Im sure its tough fielding mental patients all day that gravitate to convenience store.Usual drinks etc. Other shady types congregated outside as well. Nice little store right in Old Naples that is in dire need of cashiers that aren?t psychos. My nice little 67 year old wife went... into this store on 3rd street south and came out shaking, scared and very upset after being screamed at and berated by a cashierwho is a younger guy with a pony tail. This guy is absolutely out of line and should not be working at this store. There issomething very wrong with him and I do not know why or how he is able to keep a job there. Take note manager. All the othercashiers have been fine. But beware of the younger blond haired guy with a ponytail?.very disturbed and threatening. Watch out.(This incident was totally unprovoked by my wife. Customer service was ok. At least I got a thank you from the clerk. Store fairly clean. No gas pumps but a good stop for cold... drinks and snacks. Prices on par with other convenience stores further from beach. Bathroom was clean. Read more
If I could take away stars from this gas station, I would. The treatment that I received after attempting to simply shop for a 5... hour energy to give myself a boost after a long day of beach going made me question the values that we hold as a society. I hadexpletives yelled at me and food thrown at me as I was violently pushed out of the store after asking if the store acceptedDiscoverCard. Not only will I never return to this store again, I will never return to Naples or the state of Florida in theforeseeable future. This experience has given me fits of PTSD and has potentially ruined my life. Read more
