Been here many times, it's always good. Unique experience. Food is excellent, service is good. Everyone is friendly and helpful.... The only negative is of no fault of the restaurant, it's the people that come in with bad kids. If you cant control your kids,please keep them home. Never tried it... Wanted to try it. And I'll never go back. Not just to this establishment. I mean in general. These melting pot... places are not worth the prices they charge. It's more for the experience. Service was good and friendly. Just not worth it. Itis pretty expensive for a few pieces of meat and dipping bread veggies, or meat in different sauces. Read more

Chose The Melting Pot to celebrate our wedding anniversary this year. My husband and I have been a handful of times at various... locations, but it was the first for my BFF and her husband. They are both GF, and she doesn't eat meat, so that played a hugerole in our decision of where we chose to go. (I'm honestly blown away how TMP can accommodate all kinds of dietaryrestrictions.) There was a slight hiccup in the beginning with getting the double cooktop table I requested, but the host staffwas very quick to fix that and sat us within about 5 minutes of our arrival. Bartender was very friendly and engaging while wewaited. Got to our table and our server, Lindsay P, was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! She was noticably busy tending to her otherguests, but made sure to thoroughly explain the menu and options to us, and not treat us like just a number. She was friendly,knowledgeable (especially regarding the GF options), and made sure we had the best experience possible. She was funny andpersonable, and we LOVED her no-nonsense, to-the-point attitude. Haha My BFF and I are much the same way, and have extensiverestaurant backgrounds, so we appreciated that! ???? The support staff was just as great and I wish I could mention them all byname. Truly... The whole crew working this location on Saturday night (11/13/21) deserves recognition for a job well done!
