Food is good, wish the owner or corporate or whomever would approve more workers. It legitimately takes an hour and a half at... 9pm with 8 cars in line. At 7, the car line often wraps the parking lot and blocks an exit. And the nearest locations are 10-15minutes away with waits of their own, but not as bad as this one. I really do my best to be forgiving of fast food places, Taco Bell specifically. I placed a mobile order at this location at 9pm... on a saturday (2 hours before close). I arrived at the window and was told that the fryers were down, some items I wantedwouldn?t be able to be made, and I needed to give them replacements in their place. There was too much going on, so we ended upmissing drinks, sides, and any modifications. Typical story, but it stings a bit given I ordered $40 worth of food. . For now, Ican?t recommend it on a busy weekend with multiple people ordering. I hope this location is able to get the support it needswith retaining staff. Read more
We were there on Thursday evening for a drive through pick-up. When we arrived, there were already a queue, but that happened... everywhere around dinner time. We arrived at 6.21PM and left at 7.34PM. We were at the queue for more than ONE HOUR!!! Once acar arrives behind you, you can't leave the place. Terrible.... Won't come back ever. There was no line at this location they were polite but the food was questionable. The tacos seemed like they've been made for a... while and were just heated up, they didn't ask if we wanted sauce either. We asked for no ice and three quarters of the cup isfilled with ice I finished it in minutes. I'm not very happy and would recommend going to a different location. Read more
Every time I come here for the past few months I keep expecting it to get better. It?s worse. Spend over 30 min in line and I... was the second car in the que. the kids working there are throwing ice at each other and making food for themselves instead ofthe cars in line. Fast service. Diablo sauce is just vinegar and cayenne. The chalupa is just a taco in pita bread instead of a tortilla. The... Chipotle ranch chicken burrito was a little light on the insides but it had good flavor. The spicy cheesy double beef burrito iswhere the money's at. The tacos are overpriced but the burritos made sense value wise. The bean and rice burrito has a third ofyour daily fiber. Much healthier than the competitors, a lot less fried foods. Read more
The managers at this Taco Bell are in question. I?ve met some staff at the drive-through that do their best given the... conditions. Even after the Covid restrictions in restaurants they still have an opened indoors just the drive-through. If you?rewilling to wait 10 minutes for your order this is your place. They also don?t adhere to their posted open times and willrandomly close early when they feel like it. 6/20/2022 update- in line at 11:05 food at 11:41 - 7 cars in front of me - saw 2employees but only single machines - they should buy more and reduce the wait time- I think the owner should be forced to waitin the drive through too and maybe things would change Read more
Do not go here ever! Even before COVID this TB has been super slow. Today I used the app and sat in the drive thru for 21 min... with only 4 cars ahead of me and I only saw 3 customers in the dining room. 5 of the 21 minutes were spent at the window waitingon two Bean Burritos. I saw at least 4 employees in the back and they were so disorganized. This place has been bad for yearsand I avoid this one as much as possible. No matter how many times I give them a second chance they disappoint every singletime. It would be faster to go to a different one. Read more
