There was one lady and it took her a long time to come and attend us. When we started interacting, they did not have few of the... regular menu items. Worst subway ever! Very rude customer service! I went in a few days ago, no one at the counter. I did some shopping at Walmart,... then went back, still no one there. I rang the bell and no one came up front, so I left. This was around 2pm so it wasn't busy.My kids went again today by themselves. It took them an hour because the woman at the counter took forever to come up front thenshe kept using her phone. They too left and then went to another subway. I'd like to give them negative stars but they don'thave that option! Read more
Great Experience- Came in craving a Turkey Italiano, it turns out that Subway does not carry this item anymore. The lady still... offered to make it and charge it as the BMT (for the same exact price) instead of overcharging like I have been at multiplelocations. Then 20 minutes before closing, I asked for a dozen cookies, and yet again, without hesitation, she turned on theoven and began baking me a fresh dozen. Excellent Customer service and great conversation in between. What may have been a badday for other reviews I truly believe that they deserve better ratings than they have been given. Worst subway by far. The lady on counter is always pre occupied with something. We have to wait to gather her attention. Been... here couple of times, mostly she will be on call even while taking order. As a person who can understand hindi it's tough toknow whether she talks to u or on the phone. Vegetables are always dry unlike any other subway. They have to seriously changethe person on counter to stay in business. Read more

The attendant doesn't know make a wrap! She don't ask to costumer about the cheese and the vegetable. I wanted choose my cheese... and salad, but the attendant said I couldn't. And the portion is very poor comparing with subway in the other location. Read more
Excellent customer service. Subway is deeply cleaned and fresh food is served. I would highly recommend it.
