First and second visits were awesome, third my cup lid smelled like a mildewed rag. Like when you forget a load of clothes in... the washer too long and then run them through the dryer anyways. Gross. I made the mistake of trying again and when I got mycoffee it was layered like a cake, I asked them to mix it up and the employee sarcastically swirled it around. usually good, but i ordered from uber eats, and my drink was MAYBE half filled? and if it was whipped cream or something on the... top that dissolved i would have been okay, but there weren?t any remnants of that. it was just my chai. highly annoyingconsidering the fact that i paid upwards of 7 dollars for a grande chai that was half full. i get employees are tired, i?m notblaming them, but really how hard is it to give someone what they paid for? I just drove thru and bought a venti Caramel Macchiato and a... warmed Double Smoked Bacon sandwich????????, with the assistance of the cheerful, courteous, and lovely Barrista Annie Tremble!As always. Friendly and professional staffs. I tried this place a couple of times to use their internet and it was fast.
The staff is great from the times I?ve been here. But I was very disappointed with receiving this venti drink that I felt was... oddly lighter than normal. Took one sip when I realized it was basically a grande in a venti. Upsetting when I pay nearly $7 fora drink. Read more
