Love potbelly my favorite is turkey cheese avocado. It's never dry. Which I apriciate. Alway good. And of course a bowl of... broccoli and cheese soup or chili helps out. It's good and they are quick. It's a good sandwich what ever your choice. Read more
A sandwich is just a sandwich most of the time. Potbelly sandwiches on the other hand are something more. Much like other areas... of my life, I usually have a Wreck with everything (no mayo) and a cookie or something sweet on the side. Today was noexception. Good, simple food. Reasonably priced. I went inside this exact location a few days ago. I instantly felt unwelcome because I'm a black woman. The people who worked... here except for the girl just stared at me like my business didn't matter. The guy didn't even ask me if I wanted any toppingslike he was afraid of me. The moral of the story is that the world is still lacking for only seeing someone for color and nottheir character. I would never come back to this location unless things change. Read more

I love the food at Potbelly's! I really enjoy the broccoli cheddar soup, the Turkey sandwich, and their amazing cookies but I... almost always order on the app for pickup. The pickup process is terrible at this location! Every single time I've placed anorder for pickup, I arrive at the established pickup time and they have either not started on the order at all or they juststarted. The staff always tell me that this is unusual and apologize to me. But I've timed my wait and it's been anywhere from 4to 10 minutes once I get there. Again, great food but I wouldn't recommend using the pickup feature at this location. Read more
