Charged $2.5 extra for avocado. Forgot to put it in and then gave me half of the tiniest avocado in a box. Ridiculous. I love... potbelly sandwiches but the staff was horrible. Read more

Ordered online, got there 20 min later and still waited 30+ min. Shake was liquid to begin with and no cookie on top :(

Potbelly is a classic and I always enjoy coming. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They?re quick and have never messed... up my order. The ambiance is nice, so if I have the time I?ll eat inside. You can never go wrong here. Read more

Ordered online and went in for pickup. Had to wait about 10 minutes before a worker asked what name I was waiting on. He grabbed... my food right away and apologized. That's fine, things happen with machines and they were a bit busy so I don't really careabout the delay. But why have a sign on the door about mask requirements if you're not going to enforce them? Only 2 workers hadthem on properly, one had it on backwards AND it was too small anyway, everyone else had them under their noses or even undertheir chins. Customers were leaning up to order with their masks pulled down, some people weren't wearing one at all (notsitting at a table eating, just not wearing it period) and not one employee was trying to enforce the rule. Management needs tobe on top of this, especially when it comes to dealing with customers. Read more

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Ordered by phone and the order was completely fouled up. Additionally we ordered pick up... and it took over 30 minutes to make our food. When we called to try to have it fixed, they claimed we got exactly as we ordered,and had said we picked a 145 pick up time, although time was never discussed. The manager put us on hold for 10 minutes to comeback and flip flop to claim no one had taken a phone order, stating it was an online order and implied we were lying. Afterstating the order will just be canceled via our card company, the manager stated she will remake our order correctly and refundthe order. The receipt on the refund order was what was we ordered originally, guess we know who the liars are here, and it?sNOT the customers. Never ordering from this location again, this is not the first time they?ve messed up our order. If I wasallowed to give this location a 0/5 I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID Read more

I should have walked out as soon as I saw how dirty this place was. First thing I noticed was garbage all over the floor and... quite a few flies. We walked up to look at the menu and the the rude kid asked what we wanted. I said just a minute, my wife islooking at the menu. About 15 seconds goes by and he asks again, what do you want? I explained again that my wife was looking atthe menu and added in that she had forgot her glasses at home so she was having a difficult time reading. At this point youwould think he would over a menu for her to read but you'd be wrong. Instead he waited another couple of seconds and impatientlyasked again what we wanted. My wife seeing that I was getting annoyed just ordered the first thing she could read to avoid megetting upset with this kid. Once we got our food from the other rude kid Jayson we had the easiest time picking where to eat.It was so easy because only one table was somewhat clean. As we ate our less then good food we were attacked by flies constantlyswating at them while we protected our food. Once I got my credit card bill I noticed that Jayson charged me twice! I called themanager who did refund my money and as long as I was talking to him, explained all that went wrong that day. He apologized butdidn't really seem to care, no surprise.
