Got drive-thru and they forgot to put in the juice and apple sauce for our kids meal. My sandwich seemed good, but then on my... first bite of mac'n'cheese, I pulled a looong hair back out of my mouth. I tried to call the restaurant, but they didn'tanswer. We ordered the 11piece family bundle. They didn't separate the spicy chicken from the original flavor by placing parchment... paper between them as they usually do. No drumsticks or thighs were in the order; they were replaced with breasts and wings. Meat was dry and not as flavorful. No honey available for the biscuits. I will never go back to this place again. I paid around $32 for the 14 peice family meal and all I received is a box full of... drum sticks and legs! I could have went to Walmart and got a bag of drumsticks and legs if that's the case. When I called, thelady told me that the meal should come with 3 breast and 4 thighs and I told her that it did not even have that. In midconversation she became quiet and the phone hung up. What a waste of time and hard earned money. I used to always come here butno worries I won't ever waste my time again buyers beware! Your order may be incorrect! It's 6/24/2022, there are plenty of places to congregate & to sit down and eat. EXPLAIN TO ME WHY the dining area is off-limits... & closed at this location? If it's because you're stupidly mandating or following COVID restrictions, then tell me WHY there'sthree employees standing in close proximity about a foot away from each other & they're not working or doing anything thatjustifies receiving a paycheck? The drive thru & the pick up line was completely vacant & rightfully so. I'd intended to stopby to try the chicken & see if it was as sub-par as I remember it being at another location from over a year ago. I tried to submit the online survey but the receipt is not legible and they wouldn't answer the phone to give me the store... number. The popcorn shrimp were extremely dry. The chicken tenders were old, dry with no flavor, the fries were cold and thebiscuit was hard. There was no line so my assumption is that they gave me food that had been sitting out ALL AFTERNOON.
