I went for dinner tonight I've been there several times and service was great but tonight was a different story. Tonight I... ordered chicken teriyaki Bento box and when I mentioned to the server kindly that I didn't like the chicken teriyaki (hardly anyteriyaki sauce and there was vegetables mixed in which I don't mind but no flavor and didn't taste anything like chickenteriyaki) she asked if I wanted to order anything else when I said no thanks then she asked if I wanted her to box up the food(that I didn't like. I literally took one bite) I told her no thanks. When she brought the check she said that I have to payfor the dinner even if I didn't eat it or take home because the manager said that it take along time to make. I wouldn't havemind paying for half but just to dismiss my complaint was wrong. As a business owner I feel that making returning customershappy is number one in my book.
