This is one of the worst McDonalds I?ve ever been to. Not only has their ice cream machine been ?broken? for over a week at a... time, but the past two times I?ve been there, they claim my rewards code doesn?t work, but when I go down the street to NaperBlvd, my codes mysteriously work without issue. I have been coming to this McDonalds for about a year. I have always had great service and happy interactions with the... employees. The food is always great every time I go here the foods done quick fries are always hot, the employees is alwaysnice. The food is always fresh! Everything is constantly being kept clean including the bathroom. The designs in some of theseats are really neat. I like how clean it is and there's something special about this McDonald's. Shame on the greedy corporation not the store for forcing you to use disgusting germ ridden Microsoft tablets that don't work... and are slow AF. Flies buzzing around the stickiness, but better there than the kitchen or my table. Couldn't order what Iwanted because their stupid computer based menu doesn't give me that option. Couldn't read my card and needed to see a humancashier anyway. It's really too bad I have to leave such a nasty low rating because the time I had to wait for the food wasUNDER 5 minutes. I would complain the joint could have been cleaner but obviously the company don't want to pay for more workersnor a living wage. It's not the workers fault folk are messy and kids, happy meal aged eating kids are loud and out of control.Corporate greed unto both customers and staff is unacceptable. Read more
This is by far the best McDonald?s. The stafff is super friendly especially the Hispanic ladies, love them! The food is always... fresh unlike other McDonald?s. I?ve gone to so many McDonald?s and this is def my fav! good job!! Read more
This McDonald's is across the street from where I work so I frequently go for breakfast before going to work and the staff are... always amazingly polite and helpful. I think my order has only been messed up a couple times when it was super busy but usuallyall my food is prepared super fast and comes out hot and delicious. I cannot stress enough how efficient, polite, and generallyhelpful the staff is at this location. Typically I go on Tuesdays and Wednesdays but I'm sure the level of professionalism andkindness I've experienced is displayed every day. The children and I travel a bit further to play at this McDonald's. The Burger King by our house is always dirty. This... McDonald's is always clean. It's a larger play area and it has stairs so smaller children can play also. There is a bathroom inthe playroom which is very convenient when having multiple children to watch. The server, an older gentleman, that brings outthe food to your table is great. He is funny and polite. Overall, nice place to go when the weather doesn't allow outsideexercise for the children. Slowest. McDonald?s. Ever. There was a long line of cars in the drive-thru, only one open ordering lane, and apparently they... were understaffed at 6:30pm on a Saturday. It took 26 minutes to pick up a mobile order of just nuggets, fries, and two DietCokes. Read more
