I placed an order to pick up with Turkey sandwiches and veggie sandwiches a day in advance, purposefully so there is a choice of... meat and veggie option. They didn?t mark the sandwiches? so how are we supposed to know which one is which?! Staff was friendlyand apologized, and offered to mark them all. The last 2 time we have ordered curbside pickup the bag was missing the extra condiments. We order extra mayo packets since the... slim sandwich comes with just meat. They have not put it in. Last time it was no big deal since I had mayo at home, this time..Iwasn't as lucky as we had just ran out. Lesson learned this is not a one time issue and always take the bag apart in store tocheck for the extra condiments ordered. Read more
I am so over this location. Every time I go my sandwich is never made right. You have a bunch of rude teenagers just having... their own conversations, not paying attention, talking about inappropriate stories and acting like you?re interrupting them whenyou come in. The atmosphere is just uncomfortable at this point. Especially when you can clearly tell they are so annoyed thatyou came in like throwing the chips on the table. This location suuuucks. Go to Bolingbrook. They actually get their orders correct. Check out this gross brown lettuce as well.... Stupid app forces me to get deliveries from this location. Ordered over $300 of catering sandwiches and they didn't label the boxes or sandwiches so people with food allergies and kids... weren't comfortable eating sandwiches so we passed out PB&J's for them. Food was great, delivery was on time, but this was amanagement and policy issue. The boxes even have a spot for labeling. Tried calling and manager of course wasn't available. It's not the high school kids fault it's a management issue for nit instilling common sense into the process. We won't beordering again as a result unfortunately. Read more
What a joke. $50 order and they left out a sandwich, when I called to tell them that they told me it'd be 25 minutes before they... could bring it. This is the quality of the food that made it here - ridiculous beyond words. You'll never get another order fromthis household. Read more
Pretty mediocre. Received a free Little John so came to try it out. Not bad but nothing stands out. Clean venue. Nice staff... and quick service. Bread is below average. Roast and vege average. Read more
