Worst experience ever tonight. Ordered delivery, got a phone call about 1hr later saying that they only had one driver and he... wasnt back yet and had no idea when our order would be delivered. I decided to go pick up and was told that without voiding theentire order and replacing it (waiting 3-4 days for the refund to hit my bank) there was NO way to refund the the delivery feeor driver tip. NO attempt at compensation of any kind. Total lack of communication from the jump. Avocado spread???????????????? Update Talked to Mike (General Manager) today and was basically told that it was my fault and I should havedone more to resolve the issue the day of. This guy is absolutely ridiculous. We are allergic to Mayo and they put Mayo in our sandwich twice. The manager was super rude when we called them and didn?t... really own up to their mistake or provide any empathy. I stopped here at 8:30 pm (they close at 9) and the two young men working couldn?t have been nicer! When ordering, I asked to... remove Mayo from my sandwich due to an egg allergy. The young man taking my order conveyed that to the young man making thesandwiches, vs just letting the system take care of it. Given how close it was to the end of their shift, I greatly appreciatedtheir positive attitudes, smiles, and attention to detail. Read more

Cashier who took my order was playing on her phone and made me wait til she was done messaging. Order was not ready as quickly... as other Jimmy John's locations. They didn't let me know my order was done either. I eventually had to go up to the pick up areaand go thru all the bags sitting there to find which order was mine. I placed an order (1 sandwich and a cookie) for delivery. I was located 1.7 miles from the restaurant. My delivery was supposed... to come at 10:30 (30 minutes after the JJ opened). My order arrived at 10:43. I called at 10:39 and asked after the delay. I wastold they didn't have enough drivers to make the deliveries on time but my order should arrive any minute (which it did).
