I enjoy the quick, discounted convenience of ordering via text. My large pizza was ready in 20 minutes. I picked it up on my way... home. Food quality and service are both very good every time I've been to Jet's. With so many pizza options in the Chicagoland, I'm glad that Jet's is among them. Read more

First it took 3 tries to be able to place an order online, because it kept showing an error that *something* on my order was out... of stock but didn?t say what so I had to do process of elimination to figure it out on my own so I could place an order. Then Igot a phone call from them saying I?m outside of their delivery range, leaving me, and most of Lisle I bet, in a Jet?s Pizzadead zone (this location is 3.6 miles from me, next closest is 4 miles, also not within delivery range). Guess I?m sticking withDan?s Pizza or the far less superior Pizza Hut, since Jet?s doesn?t want my business anymore. Read more
We ordered three pizzas online and arrived 10 minutes after we requested it to be ready. They told me they were waiting on one... and it would be right out. After waiting 15 minutes, along with other customers, I inquired again. They said they had to remakethe final pizza but it would be out shortly. After all the waiting, the pizza wasn't even the correct order. I waited for arefund for the incorrect pizza, but was extremely frustrated by this location tonight. Read more
I started ordering from Jets Pizza a few months ago. I have always enjoyed the pizza and their delivery times are always quoted... appropriately. When I received my order today, it came with the wrong sauce, this was not the first time this has happened so Idecided to call and let them know. It is so refreshing that when you call you get to talk to a real person without the tiringprompts. I was connected Jose, the manager, and the level of customer service he provided was outstanding. He got my sauce outto my house right away and also made a note. This might sound like such a small thing, but after having a no good very bad day,it?s really nice to see that this location cares.
