Would like the owners to know your associates are closing your store 15 minutes early. We pulled at 4:15 to grab a cup of... coffee. No one answered pulled up to the window and the girl rudely put her hand by her throat like no more. How disgusting of aplace! That?s why the owners lost their other location and it had to close down! Better off going less than a mile north or evensouth on 59 for another Dunkin. This place is a joke. Another time I was here the guy handed me my cup using the palm of hishand over the drink/mouth part! GROSS! Never Again will I come here. Hope this place shuts down too! Read more
Seriously the worst service ever. There were only 2 cars in front of me...after 5+ minutes, the first car never moved. I... finally pulled out and left and as I was driving by, the second car just pulled up to order. Went to another DD down the roadwith about 7 cars in front of me and was out of there in less time than I wasted at the one in the BP. Worst dunkin in the area. The people who work there don't listen and always get your stuff wrong. Ordered a vanilla long john... and they give me a chocolate. Ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and they give me plain cream cheese. I'm writing thisbecause this isn't the first time things like this have happened. There have been many times where they get stuff wrong, and Iam not the type of person to say anything about it. Not to mention that the workers don't even say anything half the time. I really want to give this specific location five stars, because their customer service is top notch and out of this world.... However, the reason for the 3 stars is because of their food. I?ve tried numerous items on the menu such as their bacon, bagels,breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, and donuts. For some reason, They literally all taste the same. I?m not too sure if they use thesame cooking methods for everything but it?s got this certain taste that you actually cannot truly taste the food itself. Ireally hope this changes otherwise this is the only reason why I have to go to other locations. Read more
Coffee was good but this wakeup wrap is way below my expectations. Not even sure what to think besides this is nasty. So many... other dunkin locations in the area, 100% recommended going to a different one. Read more
Not quite 5. The only concern was my wait time at the speaker box. Not many customers so unsure what could've happened inside.... Other than that, this is the best DD to get a Beyond Sausage Sandwich!! Other spots have burned the bread or cheese was severelyon one side. Perfect here. Read more

I've tried them a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt - food seemed old/reheated, out of a lot of products numerous... times. My iced coffee today had so much ice I had to honestly fight to get my straw in it (tough life I know). If I wanted aside of coffee with my cup of ice that's how I would've ordered it. Needless to say, I will be consciously avoiding giving themmy business. Read more
