Just moved in the area and stopped to get coffee and breakfast as my daily routine at Dunkin. This particular Dunkin is... literally 1,000 feet from my house. I ordered a pumpkin latte with oat milk and a breakfast sandwich. I get to the window andnoticed she was preparing to give me a straw. I kindly told her my drink is hot and cold. She quickly tells the person making itthat it?s suppose to be hot. She then turns to me and says ?you told me ice not hot?. I said no I didn?t mention anything aboutice. She continued to argue with me. I then asked was she going to continue to argue with me. Her response was ?give me yourcard?. She was very rude and unprofessional. Haven't been to a dunkin in a few years and their menu tripled in size. Didn't see any donuts on their drive thru menus. Their... sourdough breakfast is 650 calories. It's very filling, but lacks flavor because there's no seasoning or sauce. Their bagelbites are good, but there's a lot of nothing in it. They also sell bacon as a side like French fries and they're caramelized.Adding the side bacon to breakfast sandwiches is a good pro tip. A lot of drinks on the menu now. Read more
The manager here and all the employees are so kind here. I appreciate their amazing customer service! The manager gave my... fiancé a cup of milk on the house when they ran out of small milk cartons to purchase, which was very nice and extremelythoughtful! I hope more businesses can learn from this. The lady here at Brookdale location doesn?t know how to make coffee at all. Asked her for original blend coffee with caramel and... hazelnut and she made the bitter coffee ever.
