I did not like the change of loadable cards. The card itself is $3 and the bracelet is $2. So $5 just to start, then you pay $55... for 2 hours of play. Imagine if you have 4 children! You're looking at over $200 just to play. That doesn't include food etc.Make sure you wallet is full before coming here! Read more
Some of the games were not functional, including the photo printer. Despite informing, no one bothered to put a note.
If I could give this dump one star I would. I decided it would be a nice getaway trip for my kids. So of course when I arrived... my kids were obviously very excited. Not that I minded they were excited, it was nice to see them so happy for a place theylove. But the second I walked in we were greeted by a rude employee. I didn?t catch their name, but it wasn?t very nice to becrudely ignored by a teenager. They told me to keep my kids calm and basically told them to not be excited even though they arelittle kiddos ready to play some arcade games like any other kid would be. I ignored this action of the employee and decided togo on with my day. It got worse when I ordered pizza for my kids and when the pizza arrived, it came with a bug! What kind ofestablishment is this? The pricing and games don?t bug me but the fact I found an INSECT in my kids? pizza is outrageous. Icalled a manager over to my table to ask what the heck is wrong with this place and I was spit on and called many nasty names. Iwill never be returning. DONT COME HERE! Read more
My 6 year old daughter's first time at a school mate's birthday party and her first time at Chuck E. Cheese. She was pretty... overwhelmed with all the noises and lights(but she has a history of being kind of sensitive to lights and loud noises, and ofcourse I forgot her headphones)but she liked most of the games and the rides as well. She had a good time! The person who's incharge of telling you how many tickets you've won and how many are left after purchasing stuff at the counter was SUPER helpfuland really nice! I didn't catch his name but he had short braids and was really young(I'm so sorry I didn't get your name!). Therest of the staff I could tell was really helpful as well. Read more
Kids love it, parents not so much. They all pretty much the same but what this place needs is one of those overhead playgrounds.... Some games are faulty and some are really cool. It?s mostly clean except the restroom, you don?t want to go in there. Pizza islife and theirs is delicious, the salad is a must and the drinks are all working fine. The prices as always are absolutegarbage, the cool toys are a trillion tickets and most kids just get the bottom toys. Service is friendly and courteous. Thecoins are gone, now machines use a refillable proximity card in order to play games, and it?s great. Will come back next year. Read more
This was actually more fun than expected. We celebrated our daughters birthday here. This was perfect for the winter months. The... kids were able to run around, play games, have cake and Chuck made a special appearance. The party was well organized andexecuted by the staff and our host was great. The manager was very accommodating to our late changes. Read more
Went for a birthday party. Many machines were not working. They stamped the hands to make sure your kid goes out with the right... adult but the person stamping was doing it with such little care that my daughters hand didn't have a recognizable number on itwhen we left. So they just glanced at me and then said "okay" and let us through. It's my responsibility to keep my kid safe soI'm only telling you so you know not to rely on this preventing your child from being kidnapped. Read more
