Terrible customer service, wait staff seemed like they wanted to avoid helping the guests. When ask to speak with the manager I... think that was the fastest I seen the waitress move. The manager seemed like he really didn?t care, he disappeared just like thewait staff and mind you there was barely anyone in the restaurant. Maybe 5 or 6 tables with guests. In my 27 years of customerservice. This was by far the worst I have seen . No sense of urgency, I don?t even think they have any type of process. I cantell you this the food was good though to bad you might have to wonder if your order makes it to the person making the food. The place by itself has a good look, i think the distribution could be better but it wasn't too bad. My food took about 15... minutes to be ready, the servers were fast and kind. The food was good, but just that, "Good". I asked for a burger, it was goodbut i think they should ask you how cooked you want the meat because i had my burger at about 3/4 and personally, i like themeat well done. Absolutely awful. Avoid this location at all costs. They sabotaged my order and put pickled jalapeños in my two-year-old... son?s beans out of spite. What sort of awful, sick person does that?!? The kitchen is horrible. Literally every item in ourorder was inedible. Chicken burned on the outside and uncooked within, rice burned, fries undercooked, buns wet, the list goeson. Despicable. You can see Chili's restaurant within every 10-30miles in Naperville. Visited this location on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered a... combo which consists of enchilada chicken soup, baked chicken with broccoli on the side. Not sure if the broccoli is meant to beundercooked because it seemed slightly bland. Spicy chicken sandwich was good, but the wings were served slightly cold. A goodplace to go and hangout with your friends. The ambience is decent and food was served quick as well. Since the wings andbroccoli wasn't upto the mark hence given a 3 star. Apart from that, good place to go out in the evenings on the weekdays aswell. Read more
coming there wasn't many people we were seated right away the server was nice and told us the waiter would be there shortly... which he was. He took our order for drinks and brought them quickly there was no rush. we ordered chicken sandwiches I tried theBuffalo it was okay there was certain parts that where dry. I had the avocado bacon chicken sandwich the portion was huge as youcan see but it wasn't that great in terms of taste I didn't taste any avocado all though it was there it was bland. with everybite the meat was falling from the bread it was also a bit soggy this is what I was working with. My daughters burger was agreese bomb I took a bite and a grease bubble came out and got my shirt dirty as well as the table. the patty wasn't great mysons sliders were tough. my biggest remark was the fruit flies we were constantly swaddling them away they where also some inthe women's washroom and not to mention my sons fruit had white stuff on it. over all not excited about this place. the servicewas okay.. I went here after my good experiences at other Chilli's locations such as Georgia and California.. It was my birthday and I took... my family and friends for celebrating it. First the place was little dingy and shady.. there was almost no crowd... May be wewere late... The servers didn't come out as friendly as they were more worried to clean up and close the place. We hurriedlyordered and it took a lot of time for food to arrive. The food quality was ok. We couldn't finish the food. The to go boxes wepacked and forgot inside. We all were outside clicking pictures but none of the waitress had courtesy to come out and hand overthe to go boxes. They cleaned the table took the tip and just trashed the boxes... We went to this Chilis at about 7:30 PM with 15 people. Despite having 16 teenagers walking in late at night, We were greeted... nicely and given great service. Our server Vanessa was very nice and served us even as we needed a lot. Impressive! Read more
