This place is a phenomenal playground that engaged all my 3 boys (3, 7, and 9 years old) from 10:30 am till 4:30 pm. The only... time they needed me was when I bought them lunch and snack and go to the restroom. The rest of the time I was sitting relaxwatching them or working! It?s a decent play area for kids. Few of the hooks are broken in toy section. I think they need to fix those. I felt it?s small... place with lot of crowd. I am hoping it to be little big. As the name says ball factory it would have been nice if they had bigball pit where kids can slide and fall in. While coming out they will give a ball for free to every kid.???? The ball factory was a blast for the youngins! The food prices were easy on the pocketbook, gelato and fruit cups were yummy and... appealing, and they had a nice variety of coffees! Took my 10 month old son and 6 year old daughter. This place is still a hit! We have been coming for a few years. Very... Clean..very professional staff! The area designated for littler ones is awesome. Although my 6 year old was too tall to be inthat area, The employee was nice enough to let her play over there for a few minutes with the Baby..as long as she WAS verycareful..Because there weren't many little ones over there.
