Terrible delivery service. Dropped hot tub from trailer bed and looked around to see if anyone saw. I was standing right... there! They continued to deliver the hot tub and set it up like nothing happened. When I got into the hot tub to wipe it downI found broken parts most likely contributed from when it was dropped. "White Glove" delivery....not quite! No reason to spendtop dollar for a hot tub here when they can' t provide safe and efficient delivery. Now I got a 10k hot tub on my back patioand can't even use it yet. Needing to have your brand new hot tub serviced before even filling it up for the firsttime.......if that isn't a red flag to stay away I don't know what is! We had been searching for patio furniture for several months with no luck. Then stopped into American Sale in Naperville. We... don't live there but were driving by and thought we'd give it a shot. That was a great decision! Working with sales rep ScottJones he helped us pick out the perfect arrangement. With the great sale prices and delivery options we had exactly what we hadbeen looking for. Now having been enjoying our set for a month, we could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Scottwas great to work with. Everything about my purchase of an outdoor patio table and chairs, a large overhang umbrella, and outdoor bar stools has been... fantastic! The saleswoman in the Naperville store was so helpful, professional, and didn?t ?over sell?. The delivery was quick(less then 1 week) and although it came a few hours after estimated time, communication was good and expectations weappropriate. One team dropped of the items and were great. I WILL NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER HERE!!!! I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB BECAUSE JAMES WAS RUDE AND TREATED MY WIFE LIKE... TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scott helped my wife and I with a pool and we are very satisfied with his service . Definitely aprofessional and definitely patient because my wife had 1,002 questions and demands lol. This store is a little out of our waybut because of Scott we definitely with be return customers. EDIT ; JAMES the manager completely changed my view on this place. A simple mess up on their end regarding delivery and JAMES acted as if that?s our problem not his. Not only was he rude andobnoxious but he hung up on my wife!!!!! When I called to speak to him he arrogantly admitted that he?s doesn?t care about thecustomer?s feelings and reassured me that he?s not in fear for his job . What kind of thing is that to say to a customer whopaid in full a huge pool. ?? I asked Linda the store manager is this something that your establishment condones and a mere talkwas in order. Well my wife means more to me than a simple conversation. The district manager tried to help out but ultimately asa new customer and a new homeowner I will not be doing business here no longer. It?s sad because I truly enjoyed what the storeoffers but unfortunately they don?t care about you once your paid off with your purchase. Bought a gazebo for our hot tub and Lance was excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable in answering all our questions about... the different options. Picked one out that was on stock and we were able to get it delivered and installed within a coupleweeks. Installation crew was on time, courteous, and quick. Did a great job double checking everything like clearances to makesure the tub can open, and cleaned up the debris. Only thing left now is to see how well it holds up, but great job by everyone,good price. Read more
