Staff were friendly and service was fast. Giving only 3 stars because the coffee was noticeably burnt tasting. We also ordered... muffins which were fine, but when you are coming in off the highway to grab a hot coffee in the morning before hitting the roadagain, it's not a great experience when its burnt. 3 stars for now, but I'll give it another try the next time Im coming throughNapanee and see if I just came at a bad time. This is the most SLOWEST timmies going. Stood 3rd in line this morning and took 15 mnts to get a coffee and again this evening... 7pm was 5th in line and it took over 15mnts to get a simple coffee as people in front of me only wanted the same a coffee.Definitely ran out patients with this Tim Horton Read more

Usually great service but today wasn't their day. Ordered large coffee 2 sugar 1 cream. Steeped tea with 2 milk. Got a large... coffee 2 cream no sugar & a med coffee 2 milk. Come on guys. Pay attention. Too late to go back to fix it. Read more

I am giving a one BC a zero is not possible. This place is TERRIBLE!! Customer Service is almost non-existent. The wait times... are atrocious. The product is never the way the it is supposed to be, e.g. iced cap is rarely frozen. And finally....your orderis almost ALWAYS wrong. We arrived home a short time ago to find the hot chocolates that we ordered for our kids are actuallycoffee....besides that, the iced cap machine is "broken" yet again. I have called and complained to management, as well as HeadOffice, and nothing has been done to change it. Neither HO nor management care. Just avoid this restaurant all together. Thesame franchise owner also has the next closest one, so either way they make money. The next closest one after that is owned bytheir parents...so again...they aren't going to care. Read more

My daughter brought me home potato bacon soup from this location. My first spoonful had a chunk of plastic in it. I called the... location to let them know and the response I got was "oh, it was probably the piece we cut off the bag." Shouldn't the firstthing be an apology? She took my information and said the manager would call me and the only reason I am leaving this review isshe either didn't tell the manager or the manager just didn't care enough to call. There is a very kind gentleman named Austin that works here! He was extremely polite, pleasant to talk to and finished our... coffee order right away. He was busy with many different tasks but customer service came first! I wish I had more of theseinteractions with Tim Horton's employee's!
