The food is what it is, but their drive through service is absolutely terrible. If you?re going to have two intercoms, use both... of them! It?s always one side not getting looked after while everybody else on the other intercom is being helped - and nextthing you know, everybody who was behind you is now ahead of you and nobody?s asked if they can take your order yet. the worst customer service in town. I truly enjoy the coffee frappe so I keep going back but every time the service is worse... and the food is terrible. My previous experience was also terrible where I waited at the speaker due order for several minuteseven though nobody was busy ahead of me which is unacceptable for something known as fast food. Today I got the coffee frappeagain and I paid for a chicken wrap. They take your money immediately But if the food isn?t ready for some reason even thoughit?s supposed to be fast food they sent me a head to park after the side to wait for a little chicken snack wrap. I was a littlebit confused on why they had to wait for such a small order but I agreed and pulled ahead even though I had already paid Ididn?t get my food but I decided to go ahead and wait anyway where I waited for about five minutes along with the guy ahead ofme. I got sick of waiting and as I started my engine to leave the go ahead of me did as well I guess he got sick of waiting too. The food is terrible the service is not good and the wait times are ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. I would definitelynot recommend this restaurant to my friends or family. And to add insult to injury to coffee frappe was two dollars for thesummer and now it?s jacked up to 379+ taxes I believe, what a joke. Read more
