While driving 1.5 hours from hwy 401 east, still 1.5 more hours to go to get to Toronto, we needed something quick to... eat. Ordered Extravaganza pizza online to take advantage of 50% off promo but there was a technical issues and after I enteredmy credit card number, I was not sure my order went through or not. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by the staffand then I explained the situation. They made sure they checked they did not see my name on the order list first, then helped meto place an order in store with the same promo. It was around 6pm dinner time on Sunday, however my order only took 15 min,handed over to me super hot. Absolutely terrible customer service. We order a fairly simple order and they couldn?t get it right. We called back and thought... it was dealt with and told us our order would be free. Once it showed up we were told to keep the food by the driver, then thedriver comes back to the door and takes the food back. After this the manager calls us and tries to tell us to re-order our foodfor the 3rd time and tell us that we now have to pay after telling us it was free because of the trouble. That was pathetic. A regular stop for me. Great most of the time. Busy, most staff are friendly but some maybe shy. Overall good service. ... Something happened to me while eating my pizza in the parking lot. A Domino's delivery driver in a black car beside my truckslammed his car door into the side of my truck not only once, but twice. Never said sorry or anything, so when I got out toconfront him, he lied and denied he did it. I told him not to lie but to own it. I said I watched you from my side mirror withyour rear door and before I could get out you slammed your front door into my truck. He played the "I don't no what you aretalking about". Pee'd me off. My truck is an older farm truck, still work $15,000 with some scratches but that's not thepoint, it could have been my new car or yours, so be aware and don't park near them or let them park near you.
