Laughing at all the moaners, like the person who didn't expect an extra charge for bacon and avocado. I wonder if they also... asked for a side of caviar and golden truffle oil for their sub? Anyway, 5 stars. It's a subway. It's pretty good. And thepricing wasn't bad. You sort of know what you're getting with subway but the colleague was very pleasant and made chit-chat withme, and made the sandwich as requested. Hard to go wrong! Read more
Don't go here !! The guy did not toast my bread or add cheese to my sandwich. This is the second time. I refuse to EVER buy from... here again. Also charged me separately for chips and drink when it's supposedly 3 more dollars to include with a sandwich..horrible service. Read more
Not my favorite place to grab a sandwich. Positive is Subway makes their own sandwich bread fresh onsite. That is all that is... positive with Subway. The negative is Subway actually sells what I describe as "salad" sandwiches. Lots of vegetables andother toppings with MINIMAL amounts of meat. It's OK, if that's what you prefer. Unfortunately, Subway sandwiches are skimpyon their meats. Two layers of sandwich meat if you're lucky. Personally, I much prefer tasting MORE meat in my sandwich thanan abundance of vegetables, peppers, & olives. Even then, the QUALITY of the meats Subway serves is highly QUESTIONABLE. Additionally, the vegetables rarely ever looks/tastes fresh. Sometimes lettuce is already "browning" around its edges. Manyother better sandwich shops in Napa. At Subway, you get what you pay for. Charged me for a drink I never bought. This also happened to another reviewer whose son got charged 18 dollars for a foot long.... I swear they are overcharging and pocketing the money. Someone needs to be fired! Also went in there the other day and theirscanner wasn?t working so I couldn?t use my gift card, and the woman just blankly stared at me instead of trying to help. I have50 dollars left in subway gift cards but I am NEVER stepping foot in here ever again. Horrible thieves. Come at your own risk. Read more
The employee was alone and slower than molasses. He cannot multitask and was rude. I entered with a friend, I got in line to... have a sandwich made while my friend went to use the restroom. As he headed towards the back the employee hollered "the restroomis for customers only" not knowing he was going to be ordering a sandwich. Then he looked at the customer he was helping andsaid "I mean there's a sign". It then took over 45 minutes for him to finish up with the two customers that were there when wewalked in and make my two sandwiches. Read more
What kind of management has just *1* guy making sandwiches during the day?! 4 people in line were upset, Including me and my... wife! He appeared new & unexperienced at that. January 6th @ 3pm.
