I've had more bad experiences than good. First and foremost has been the incredibly poor customer service I have received every... time I go there. There's been times I have ordered a meal with no modifications to the order and the meal came out madeincorrectly. Since this last incident I have vowed not to spend another penny in this establishment. Read more
I got a spicy chicken sandwich and curly fries with an Oreo milkshake. I've had some bad and I mean food poisoning bad Jack in... the Crack, but this was absolutely delicious. I have to give it to them. They did a really Great job. Food was ready on time(which means it was actually hot), customer service was great, and the deals they had going on through their app were reallycheap and convenient. Overall I had a a great experience at a fast food place that I almost gave up on. After today I'm glad Ididn't and I plan to give it another shot. I would advise anyone who likes Jack In The box and remembers how good it was beforethey had a bad experience then I would go to the one on Trancas In Napa. I know fast food isn't everyone's first "go to", so ifyou have to do it, I would say this is the lesser of the 2,3,4, evils out there. Lol. Read more
Not that great of an experience. The staff was really kind but the food hurt my behind. Sorry about the graphic comment but I... didn't have a good experience the last time I ate at one buck upchuck. Jack in the Box is usually a step above Mc Donald's but not this location. Stopped by to grab a quick bit. They reused a tray... that was dirty and my buttery jack box had some sauce all on it. The curly fries were cold.. should have went to chipotle downthe way. Read more
Monster tacos had ZERO flavor with the 'meat' not having the distinct spice and no taco sauce. They must have changed vendors.
