Edit: no recycling bin in the restaurant except for metal cans? Dined in 3 times, there were more dirty tables than clean and I... never saw anyone cleaning tables. Today I had a ?spicy ultimate crunch? wasn?t bad but it wasn?t spicy or crunchy. Themilkshakes aren?t bad but they?re not very good, not to mention way over priced. Read more
Went into the restaurant today trying to order food to go I didn't want to drive threw the empty drive thru because I was... towing a trailer. The restaurant had a sign saying no dine in eating because of staff and I get that but why couldn't I take myfood to go from the inside? The girl working the register was very rude I politely asked if I could order it to go and explainedmy situation she replied with can't you see the sign... I'll definitely not go back ill go into Nanaimo or somewhere else. Justavoid it if you can just so you don't have to deal with her bad attitude I understand your young and work at a fast food jointgo to school if your not happy with your employment. Its not surprising they have such a bad review rating and bad reviews withher attitude nobody would want to come back. Read more
This is a bit of a two for one review.....as it was a bit of a happy accident. We had actually just left Parksville in our truck... and we tow a 30ft travel trailer. One of our truck tyres was soft so I needed to stop at the first service station to get itinflated. I was worried about access and maneuverability (bearing in mind we are a total of 50ft in length) but there was loadsof room to park, get air, then be able to drive around the back and then rejoin onto the road south. Big rigs/ trucks withtrailers etc will also be able fuel up as long as you go for the pump on the right hand side, as this will allow you to thendrive around the back of Triple O's back out onto the road. Triple O's itself was somewhere we had never been before and wewere surprised at what it had to offer. Our initial thoughts before going in was that we would just grab some drinks and snacksfor the kids then head down the road. However, once inside, it's a bit of an Aladins cave.... lol... yes it has the burgerrestaurant, but it also has a huge selection of freshly made sandwiches, it a coffee bar, multiple coolers with soft drinks andmuch more.... Suffice to say, this will prob now be our "go-to" whenever we are leaving Parksville in the future forrefuelling, food and drinks for the journey back to Victoria... Read more

The milkshakes at every White Spot/Triple O's are good but the chocolate shakes here are hands down the best. My wife and I... verified this yesterday when we stopped at a White Spot elsewhere and got shakes -- they were good, but didn't have all theextra chocolate drizzle and stuff that this particular Triple O's put on their shakes. Was a good sized burger, wasn't sloppy and had fresh lettuce and tomato. No hot chocolate or any other drinks except coffee.... Attendant was very courteous. Read more
