Food almost every single time I order has a mistake. Whether it's something is wrong or I just don't get it at all. For... instance today I ordered a white hot chocolate with a chai tea bag and I just got a regular hot chocolate. In the past I justget the completely wrong thing. I don't know if it's just the audio system where I can barely understand them or if it's justnot caring. I understand that working in fast food the workers are underpaid and underappreciated however, this is one of theworst tims I have been too and unfortunately it's the closest and most convenient. This place has a major homeless problem. there was a man without shoes on sitting down right outside the entrance and appeared... to be holding a clear pipe and tinfoil next to another man who was leaned right over asleep. a few days ago somebody had broughta shopping cart inside the store while they charged their phone. They don?t even fill their drinks. I get a cup with three force the amount of drink and this happens all the times I have gone... there. I don?t even go there anymore I?d rather drive to North end and go to the Tim Hortons there then to go to this one andhave them fill my drink not even up to the top. Update. Happened again. I seem to continue to be disappointed at this store only. I live in harewood but now go all the way downtown due to the poor... quality of food/beverages and service here. They need service training very bad. No personality and right after they hand youyour order they yell "next order!" and if you don't move your car right away, they yell it again. Makes me feel rushed everytime I'm there. Let me put my just purchased items securely in my car first! I went yesterday and again they were shorttempered, no customer service whatsoever and my item was heavily limited due to limited product. My friend and I tried doing separate orders, we gave clear instructions but could not hear the worker through the drive thru... speaker. We kept asking nicely to repeat himself or turn the volume up but in results he started giving us an attitude andbecame inpatient. By the time we got to the window to pick up our orders, the worker was not giving us instructions at all ofwhat they were doing and when we mentioned the problem with the speaker they brushed it off on us. Plus, they forgot to give meone of my orders and I had to mention it. This situation has happened twice to us now. We are regular customers in this branch. Read more
