My order was served super fast. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and quick at service. I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Ice... Capp and it was the first time I actually could taste the pumpkin spice strongly!!! I loved this! Ordered a Pumpkin donut toowhich was so good, the baker did an excellent job. I parked and walked in as I had time to kill but the drive thru was movingvery quick as well and there was virtually no lineup inside. A pleasant experience . Read more

Three times in the last two weeks we have been given beverages without lids properly secured on. One of those times, August... 10th at 3:45PM the staff unapologetically dumped a large beverage on my husband as they were doing the drive-thru hand off. This is super disappointing at best, and a safety issue at worst. Beverage cups should be reviewed for production errors ifthis isn't staff incompetency. Read more
Had to repeat myself multiple times and they still got every food item wrong. Sausage makes me very sick and I asked for bacon... three times but they still put sausage on my sandwich and now I am unable to eat it. Not to mention they gave my boyfriend thecompletely wrong breakfast sandwich. I do not recommend this Tim Horton's to anyone that has dietary issues. They also dont evengive you time to put your drink down before they are being rude saying next car when there's no one behind you. Honestlyprobably the worst Tim's in Nanaimo. Read more

Usually really good service, but the past few times we've gotten lids like this. Likely employees just in a rush but definitely... should be checking your lids before they're on the cup and out the window. Read more
Just my opinion for what it's worth i no longer use any of the tim Hortons in Nanaimo there all bad but some worse then others... coffee drinkers beware customer service is non exsistant and they will argue with you when its not even what you ordered take meback to when customer service ment something Read more
