The staff doesnt know their own menu for tacobell. I truely dont understand why they prioritize kfc at this location. The... tacobell is only open 2 days a week, friday and saturday. Its only open until 7pm. We have a kfc in woodgrove. We dont need one500 meters away. GET RID OF IT. Or atleast make tacobell 7 days a week and take kfc down to two days. And give your staff bettertraining. Read more
Food is great but they are never open. Google says they are open until 11pm but I went at 8pm and they were completely closed..... even when they are open, they aren't serving Taco Bell - KFC only... Read more

For the food, this Taco Bell gets a 5, but for service, a 3 at best. Our food was super hot and fresh, except we asked for... regular mtn dew and received Baja blast, not the worst thing but a little annoying. The line moved very slow. When we got to thespeaker, 2 people were trying to take our order at the same time, so that was a little confusing and unorganized. Then, when wegot to the window, multiple teenagers were giggling and messing around while our food was just sitting there, they had to betold to hand it to us and stop messing around. This Taco Bell is the worst I have ever been too I drove all the way up from Victoria just for TacoBell The bathrooms are... closed The Dining Room is closed There is only one way in or out which means you have to walk through all other customers ifthere is any. I ordered 2 Beef burrito supreme combos with supreme fries. I would say the staff here need proper training Therewas no beef or tomatoes or cheese on the burritos, there was no beef or tomatoes on my supreme fries. There is only 4 out of 8choices in the drink dispenser. There is no Ice and all the drinks that can dispensed is warmer then my burrito. I have been tomany Taco Bell in Alberta and this is the worst one ever. I would suggest not to waste your time and or money. I was charged22.96 for incomptant food and service. I would say the TacoBell and KFC staff need to know putting your hand inside a bucketafter it has been on your head is not very foodsafe to the public. Ordered 11 tacos...took forever to get to the window at the drive thru...then they said they had run out of beef for all but 6... tacos? Isn't that sorta like running out of chicken at KFC? It seems they also spread 1 tacos worth of beef into the 6 tacosthey said had beef. They were very "skinny"...and it was akin to eating crackers...if your outta beef then your outta beef,don't try to stretch it...what a joke! Read more
Honestly, WHAT IS THE POINT?? They are almost NEVER open, and when the restaurant does actually allow cars to crawl through the... Drive-Thru, the Taco Bell side is closed (KFC only). Astoundingly inconsistent, it's like they WANT to drive customersaway. Isn't this the only Taco Bell on the island? Come on man, get your s*** together. Pay yr employees enough to properlystaff the joint, clean it up (!!!), open the bloody seating-area again, and just do it right... or shut it down, and stop openlyfailing. Read more
I have never written a google review but felt compelled to save others from heartache. This may be the worst tacobell not on VI,... not in BC, but on planet earth. I?ve eaten warmer snow than my tacos (for the few that were given correctly). Was givensubstitute items we did not want or order. They were not making more of what we ordered because they close in 2 hours. Deniedrefund for missing items. Read more
