Such a great place to stop for coffee, or lunch, or snacks. My husband raves that their coconut milk lattes are the best he?s... had. Their muffins are incredible, and love that they?re both gluten free and vegan. The mini muffins are the perfect size forlittle kids - they don?t feel duped with having to share one with a sibling, and less food waste when they don?t eat a big one.I like to buy at least a dozen minis at a time and freeze them - they freeze great for a later time! Muffins are top notch. As an enthusiast of this hearty baked good, these muffins, gluten or not, are worth the stop! Excellent... main dishes also. Super fresh and tasty. The resto could improve by putting its earth health first food into earth health firstpackaging / dishes. A sure to grow enterprise. Read more
I've had everything on the menu! Each and every dish is fantastic. I've taken meat eaters here who would never eat like a place... like this on their own and the food has been loved ever time. I most recently brought my dad here and he can't stop talkingabout it! I believe the owner is the guy I see every time I'm in and he's a super friendly guy. Read more
This place is AWESOME! Gluten free and vegan muffins are out of this world and with no corn (big plus for a GF option). You... definitely feel the passion they have for tasty and good quality food. Had great breakfast with family here. We enjoyed the falafel and veggie wraps as well as the breakfast sandwich and muffins.... There is great coffee and a good selection of teas and amazing service! We highly recommend Rawmbas! P.S. There are veganNanaimo bars! Read more
Biff provided excellent customer service, like, outstanding. The coffee is hot and fresh. Strong enough but not... overwhelming. I had a blueberry muffin that wasn't stale and enjoyed the atmosphere of the store. It is difficult to find acafe with such a knowledgeable and personable staff member. Will absolutely be returning and would recommend it to anyone. Read more
Fab food- the Thai bowl is amazing. As are the muffins. They're so good I haven't tried anything else after 4 visits. I'm not... vegetarian but can appreciate delicious healthy ingredients. The staff are super down to earth which adds to the diningexperience. My go to place to stop when driving through Nanaimo. Read more
We bought the Apple Raspberry vegan gluten-free muffins from Pomme Natural Market (freezer section). They were AMAZING!... Incredibly moist and very flavorful. The company we served them to thought they were delicious. Will definitely buy again! Read more
