Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! I've tried several options and they're all good. Regular size makes a perfect meal. Staff is... super courteous and very helpful with your options. A bit pricey but we'll worth it. Very busy at lunch and dinner times -expect a lineup - wait time approx 10-20 mins. Read more
When the original location opened up, I had not ever experienced Poke. I can honestly say that my eyes were opened to a whole... new culinary style, one that has become my absolute favorite. My only upset was that the original location was quite a drive forme, and I was left with a bad taste in my mouth when we showed up a few times at 20 minutes before their advertised closing timeonly to be turned away and told they were closed. When that started to happen consistently I admittedly stopped going to PokePage altogether. That was until this second location opened. Being closer to my home and with a love of Poke, I decided to givethe new location a chance. And am I ever thankful that I did! The staff here are ALWAYS an absolute delight. Very friendly,helpful, fast and totally professional. The food is amazing, but the staff are just as awesome and they are a big reason why Icome to this location more than any other Poke place around. Plus, I am so happy to report, they never turn away customers 20minutes before closing. They are always happy to welcome you in, even if it's last minute. This location has gained a loyalcustomer. I was hesitant to dine here. It's understandable as to why - gas station restaurants have a reputation, and those reputations... are earned and deserved. However, this restaurant defies the norm and blew me away because of that. Poke is deconstructed sushisalad bowls. I've been hesitant to try it, as raw fish served out of a gas station sounds like an utter disaster, and thankfullyam not dead because of it! Once you get past the frankly barbaric method of receiving your lovely meal (chunks of raw flesh,scooped via melon baller!) you will surely be delighted by the very reasonable selection of delicious accoutrements andcustomizations afforded to your dish, at a very reasonable price for what you receive. It's also remarkably healthy. You have togo out of your way to make these things bad for you. The selection of drinks is also delightful, with a variety of popularnu-Asian beverages that are all quite delicious in their own right. And some cans of western staple sodas. I had a regularsized bowl on sushi rice with mixed greens. My proteins were marinated salmon and barbeque eel (unagi). I topped it withcucumber, carrot, tamago (scrambled egg cubes), oshinko (Japanese pickled) radish, and shiitake mushroom, with green onion andsesame seed garnish.
