Well I love Noodlebox and usually all very consistent. But the key thing with a group brand is that you always get the same... service, products, price and quality from each location. So I was craving to have the Bombay Mac & Cheese box and wentspecifically to this location whilst traveling for weekend and walked in and ordered only to find out the had no Cavatappinoodle to make the meal ???? well that was a huge disappointment! Went to noodle box for the first time today..walked by and smelled the most amazing smell, so we ordered lunch. Wow! they were... the loveliest people to deal with.. our food was prepared in good time, when served it was fresh, hot and taste Fantastic!!Please give them your money .. they will be getting lots of ours from now on?!!!! I've been going to Noodlebox since it opened in Victoria. Yes flavors and quality vary place to place or even depending on who's... cooking. I was nervous to order again at this location because my last order just tasted of oil and reading the recent reviewsit wasn't looking great. However I think the owner is listening to the feedback because this was one of the best Spicy Peanutwith Prawn and extra Veggies I've had!!! The person at the front counter was friendly as well. Awful -first most Noodlebox I find the people to be customer service oriented at this location I?ve gone three times and the... cashier is usually younger and nice or kind. But it is obvious the owner/chef is quite miserable and that says a lot to work toput into the food. This is the worst location for noodle box I?ve been going to Victoria?s noodle box ever since they openedit?s always been really hot and fresh with lots of veggies and really great sauces etc. I don?t know what happened the lastthree times at this location but it is mainly spending $14-$16 for rice or noodles very limited sauce and a few broccoli withsome other small pieces. Unfortunately they are racist and disrespectful at this location. I ordered without meat and found chicken in my order. So I... went back to show the staff and get my order. The owner gave the $5 coupon. Staff seemed to have enjoyed that. After almost ayear went there with the coupon. Staff gave a look and went to speak to a some lady who decided not to give the discount as itis expired! I said where is the expiry date. She said it does not have stamp on it. I politely asked her if the discount cardhas been issued by this store and still they can?t honour their discount card. She said yes with a smirk. The lady who took my order was quick to acknowledge me even though she was busy taking a phone order from another customer. I... ordered the medium spicy butter chicken with jasmine rice. Cilantro was the garnish. It came with warm Naan bread. It wasready within 10 minutes and cost $15.70. It was a good meal and I'll definitely go back. Read more
