How do you get a cheeseburger wrong? My order was just a cheeseburger with bacon. They made it without the bacon. I took it back... to the counter and they made it again. Sometimes the wait for a cashier is a bit long, but the food is always hot and made correctly. Incredibly fast to get the food... after ordering, especially at breakfast hours. Read more
Very disappointed in the manager at this location. Takes his sweet time getting to the til, to the point I almost walked out... because I was tired of waiting to place my order. Told me he'd be right with me 4 times. I had to ask for my change, and he tooka very long time to even start my order. I was sitting waiting for my drink for about 5 minutes, and that was after I got myfood. He is a very rude person and messes up my order almost every single time I go there. When I try to tell him he missedsomething he looks through my bag then rolls his eyes at me before fixing his mistake. He is the only one not wearing anametag.... I wonder why. Read more
Have been once, probably won?t ever go again. Vanilla iced coffee tastes like you?re literally just drinking liquid sugar. Also... expect a cup full of grinds at the bottom. Read more

What a horrible experience at this location!! Went through the drive thru to get 2 coffee frappes with espresso, 2 bacon egg... mcmuffins, and hashbrown, smoothie and a cookie. Got charged at the first window $31.01 and then was told it went through, gotto the second window and they told me it was declined and they had to charge me again. This time for a new amount of $22.84. Sowe checked our bank online and saw that they had charged us 2 times. They told us there was no record of the first charge intheir system and there was nothing they could do, we are out $31.01. Also, they forgot to give our drinks and forgot our cookieand our straws! Now we have to go to the bank and try and dispute this charge. What a great beginning to a Saturday morning!Worst experience ever!! started going to this mcdonalds because of how much the bowen road one screws up orders. have now had three incorrect orders in... a row in drive thru. tried calling a dozen times to ask for it to be remedied. (usually orders near $40) and cannot even getahold of them. so frustrating. at least their cheerful while screwing up your order at this one. what would it take to getproper training and accountability of their staff? brutal.
