Went here with a definite feeling that I wasn't going to enjoy the food. But it actually turned out to be pretty decent. The... stuffed mushrooms with fake feta were really good, and the mushrooms posing as calamari were also really tasty. The rest of thefood was just okay, and it definitely was way pricier than I'd be comfortable spending on food that's not even meat or dairybased, so I likely won't be back. I’ve eaten at A LOT of vegan restaurants in over 40 states across the USA. This restaurant is easily in the top three. The... food was incredibly fresh and flavorful. This was a nice upscale setting with classical favorites. The BBQ wings were crispy butlight. None of the food was oily. Our server was very attentive and polite. I would have ordered any of our dishes a secondtime. Highly recommend this place to vegan and non vegan eaters. Read more
What a great discovery in Nanaimo! Eve Olive has a great vegan menu and my Greek Goddess plate was delicious, with a variety of... items and flavors. The vegan Nanaimo bar was a decadent, rich and tasty dessert. The service is excellent and the room warm andinviting. We'll be back! Read more

A vegan friend recommended this place and we invited friends to it when we went for the first time. So we were really hoping it... won’t disappoint and it didn’t! The food was well presented, delicious and good varieties. The place is cozy and I bet itwould even be nice in summer on the patio. Indoors was so nice and comfortable. Desserts are good too, chose chocolate cake andcookies. Both were great choices! Staff were very peasant and nice. We would definitely go back for more! Read more

We liked the pulled pork style oyster burger but the bun to stuffing ratio was a bit off; might be better with thinner buns.... Patio and ambience with all the wood is beautiful and very dog friendly. We really appreciate this vegan specialty option inNanaimo???? Read more
I normally have a more omnivorous diet, however this vegan meal was the best meal I had over the course of my entire vacation on... the island. Having been relatively hesitant to eat vegan in the past, I was absolutely blown away by everything I had here. Icould not believe the stuffed mushroom bites contained no dairy - the creaminess was absolutely insane! I also don't typicallylike cauliflower...yet their crunchy cauliflower bites were astounding! An absolutely amazing replacement for a chicken wing ANYDAY. Staff were kind, attentive, and very helpful. They spoke to us as if we were regulars, and gave us amazingrecommendations. I wish Google had the option to give out 6 Stars, once per year, because Eve Olive absolutely deserves it. Youhave to visit! Read more
