I had the weekly special Blue Cheese burger and liked it. Girlfriend had the regular burger and she thought it was good. The... patties were cooked well done, which I liked - kind cooked as well done as 5 Guys, if you've ever had those. Cajun fries werenice and crisp. Girlfriend had all-dressed tater tots and they were AWESOME - super crisp but not over cooked. Add-ons can makethe price steep, but next time we'll share the tots because the burgers are large enough to be satisfying. You can dine forunder $20 a person if you share the side order, which feels reasonable in our currently busted economy. Read more
Food was fantastic!!! The service was beyond anything I have experienced in a "fast food" restaurant. Very caring and diligent... when dealing with food allergies. The food was great and reasonably priced. The value meal burger was much bigger than I expected for a value meal and tasted... great. They also had a good selection of gluten-free options with the fries being cooked separately from any foods containinggluten and a great tasting gluten-free bun option for the burgers. Read more
What more could a person actually want in a burger joint? - Online order and payment was fast and easy - Menu is decent with... lots of ways to customize - Order update via sms and push notifications - Pickup is as easy as a text message. Heads up parkingis limited by the store front and you may need to park behind. - Burgers were a nice size and tasty - Fries are crispy anddelicious. -Price is fair but those add-ons add up! I really want to love Big Wheel but every time we go, the burgers come out really burnt. I don?t mind the fries, they are... definitely crispy, but my parents don?t like them as they feel they are overdone. I order the chickpea veggie and it?s okay. Itdoes seem they have a tendency to cook their food very well done and some people might really like this. I don?t mind, butunfortunately my parents really do so we don?t order from here often. I wish they had more options for veggie burgers because Idon?t always want a really spicy chickpea burger. It would be nice to have just a normal veggie burger. My son likes the hotdog. Read more
This is hard to say but I feel that I have had better burger meals for the value of $20. I saw there was a $10 value deal which... is a good deal but it doesn?t work for me as a vegetarian since it cannot be applied to a veggie burger. It was good that thefries were not full of heavy oil. I got the Nashville Hawt Chickpea burger in the photo. It was very limited for me. Read more
