Last Friday night (oct 21) about 5:30, my son and I went through the drive through to order dinner. There was a sign on the... speaker indicating due to staffing there maybe a wait. I was completely fine with this. I observed a staff person with headseton walking thought the restaurant and moments later he took our order. We drove to the pick up window and I saw the same staffmember service a customer at the counter. He then turned around, took our payment and said he'd be right back. A coupleminutes later, he was loading food into our bag and off we went. I think the whole process took just over 5 minutes. I said tomy son, I think he was the only person working in there other than the cook. Completely impressed. There were people in therestaurant and in the drive through. The staff person was calm and polite. Kudos to him for holding down the fort and keepinghis cool during a busy time???? I'm so sorry, I didn't get his name. Read more
Customer service was sub par. Did not get a fork with my food, and when I went to ask for one I stood there and they didn't... acknowledge me until I spoke to him. My poutine was a lump of cheese and drowned in gravy. I'm surprised that the box heldtogether. Burger was alright but a little messy in bag untouched. The food was disgusting two different times I went to this restaurant location tonight I ordered a Teen burger with no onions or... pickles and fries and gravy. My fries were cold and dry as f and my for the teen burger the cheese wasn't even melted and theburger was cold and dry too and soggy tomato and brown lettuce. My first visit I actually went into the restaurant in themorning and I was literally waiting for like 25 minutes for one hashbrown which the guy who got to work after I've been waitinghad actually "cooked" it but when I got home all 4 hashbrown were raw and the sausage and egger and bacon and egger were notedible at all so I give this restaurant location two thumbs way down Read more
I ordered a root beer float. It took a little while and they had a hard time figuring out how to operate the Pos with my gift... card but otherwise the staff were all very attentive, while one lady was preparing my float another from drive thru came over toensure I had been helped. The float was one of the best I've had in years. Not very busy inside. I would come back. Read more
absolutely the worse staff iv ever seen, stood in the back talking while i stood there for 20 minutes waiting just to make an... order, then when i said something they started getting rude and went back to the back. work there cuz they would get firedanywhere else -.- great standards a&w, not the first time either, stood there for 25 mins at 630 in the morning wanting to get acoffee for work instead they completely ignored me and hid in the back. absolutely useless if i could give negitive stars iwould will never spend a buck here agian, hell managment doesnt even care to respond to there reviews as off a month ago Read more

Drive thru only!!!! Unless you want to walk on filthy floors with bags of garbage and old greasy equipment randomly sitting by... the ordering counter. This junk has been here for quite a while now. To top it off, staff taking my order never apologized forthe 10+ minutes it took for them to make ONE burger, nothing else. The drive thru was extremely quiet. I witnessed the only twocustomers in the drive thru try to be friendly and wave, smile or greet the window person, but she maintained a poker face thewhole time.
