Brand new in Nampa. My first visit. Very nicely done building with an attractive garage door entrance. You cross a patio with... chairs and tables and bar type seating. Into the main entrance and 2 large monitors that display the menu. I had the Tin Roof,Chicken fajita and shrimp tacos. My wife ordered the Picadillo and a beef taco and chips and guacamole. I had a beer and she hada coke. Total bill was just under $30. Not outrageous for a meal for 2 these days. We sat at one of the large dining tableswhich had been freshly cleaned. We both enjoyed our tacos, the guacamole was fresh and the yellow salsa was really good.Tomatillo was my second favorite but the red salsa seemed a bit blasé. The only reason for the 4 stars was the mens bathroom. Not very clean and no soap. There was a placard stating "Employees must wash their hands", so I assume they use this bathroom. Ireported it to the counter person and she said she'd re-stock it right away, but did never did while I was there. Clean handsfor employees in the food business is pretty important to me. I hope this review will alert the management to correct thisdetail. Read more

I have tried just about every taco on the menu since my family keeps dragging me there to eat. The combinations of toppings are... weird. The ground beef is super salty. The chips and salsa are average. I like the minimalistic menu. The fish tacos taste goodbut for the price the portions are ridiculous. They had maybe two small bites of fish on each taco. It's definitely not worththe money. The service is quick otherwise I would give it one star. Go to Los Betos, or Fiesta Chicken if you want good flavor, decent prices, and decent portions. Read more

I had 3 tacos. The Grilled Corn, Tin Roof and BBQ Pulled Pork. I've had all three before. This time this Grilled Corn Taco was... the best one yet. The BBQ Pulled Pork Taco was great as usual. The Tin Roof Taco was very spicy. I've had this Taco at otherTin Roof restaurants and the cooks at this restaurant seems to be heavy handed when it comes to making food spicy. I do like alittle spice heat in my tacos. I'll go back but will be cautious about getting spicy tacos. Read more

Best white people tacos out there. They're not authentic so if you don't like very spicy Mexican food then this is the place for... you. 10/10 really good tacos. Read more

I really like Tin Roof Tacos. The fried chicken taco and the breakfast tacos are my favorites. But the chips and queso are also... delicious. Very good choice for the kids too and better than burgers for a quick meal. Read more

First time eating at this location and it didn't disappoint! The shrimp taco is amazing, seriously the sauce is crazy good.... Also got some brisket because that's always a slam dunk. I'll be back for sure. Read more

The food was ok. Fried fish taco: not very crispy exterior, everything else was average Fried chicken taco: the chicken was... dry and tough. Couldn?t even finish the taco. Tin roof: the best out of the three tacos. Moderately spicy. Juicy meat andpineapple. The nacho cheese was weirdly chunky and grainy. The taste was fine, but the overall appearance detracted from theenjoyability of the appetizer. Personal preference: I wish the limes they provided were larger. It really wasn?t enough tosqueeze over a whole taco. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful! Read more
