Was expecting more quality BBQ from H&M meats. While the cuts of meat were good, the burnt ends were like eating day old dried... out roast with a thick strong sauce that was not pleasing. The brisket was cold and not appealing at all. On a side note, thecheesey potatoes were great and the salad.was.good. if your looking for good quality BBQ, I would defiantely look elsewhere.
