I've always really liked Taco Times food. I recently moved here from Utah and have watched the quality of this franchise there... over the last 10 years go completely down hill, to the point I couldn't believe they were still in business. Then I moved toNampa and I've felt like I went back in time to the Taco Time of old. This restaurant is probably the best fast food restaurantin town, the food is consistently great and the staff is always professional and incredibly friendly. I use to goto the old location a few times a week but since they have moved its been a train wreck and I've kept going hoping it... would change but it hasn't. Lets start with the order area inside. It is small and cramped. The soda machine and salsa bar (thatonly has hot sauce packets) are in the worst place possible if someone is trying to order or is waiting for their order. Thedrive-thru is awful, they can't hear you, you have to repeat things more than once, they try to upsale you on everything andthen when your order is read back its still wrong and they still try to upsale you again. Not only do they charge extra forcondiments now like ranch but the prices are higher and the servings are smaller. Double check your bags as something isnormally missing and the wait is normally long. Also you pull out into an alley with a giant pothole right out of thedrive-thru. The customer service has declined as well. Sadly its actually turned into one of the worst Taco Times I've ever beento and I will not be going back again. Read more

I gave it four stars only because the ladies restroom had tp all over the bathroom floor and the trash can was completely full.... Other then that the customer service was great and our food got to us in a timely manner. The food was was good! The environmentof the restaurant was really nice and relaxing. I would say if your looking for a fast bite on a late night this would be agreat place. Read more
Fast and friendly employees, never have to wait long. Place is always clean, food is better than taco bell!
