I walked into the store for a take out order. I was the only person at the counter and a woman began changing the cash drawers... while the employees were coming over and talking/joking with her. I stood there for 3-4 minutes with no eye contact or commentfrom the employee. A "sorry I'll be a minute" would have been nice. I turned and left. I emailed the store and noresponse. They're understaffed and don't double check they made everything for you. You need to check yourself. I've gotten food from here... 4 times and each time had 2-4 missing items (out of 10-12..) The food is usually good though, and the staff always seem friendlyenough Read more

Their new system does not give the option of printing a physical receipt. Only options are text and email. Chose text. Never... came through. I needed the receipt for business travel submission. Asked for a receipt and they couldn't give me one. I had toask for my drink cup while I waited to get someone to even help me with the receipt. And they gave me regular tacos, now cold,instead of the Supreme tacos I ordered. Eat ANYWHERE ELSE!! Read more

Impossible to receive order without having mistakes, forgetting up to 5 items, wrong drinks, no napkins,they don't stay to the... hours posted they sit and talk in the back and hide if they see a customer, messy food, crunch wrap hasn't been crunchy in ayear since I've gone there, always low on items, older lady on register can barely keep up and they refuse to move her to aeasier position, no dedication, no one's trying. As we ordered through the drive-thru our communication seem to be going smoothly. It wasn't until we opened the bag realizing... that we had more food than we ordered in the form of soft tacos which was supposed to be beef burrito supreme, and some of ourTaco Supremes we're not only lacking the sour cream and tomato but the meat as well. I have had one of the best experiences of my night being spent buying taco bell as a late night snack. Today my boyfriend and I... decided to stop in and try to order some Taco bell through the app they offer in doing so we were trying to order the 5$ cravingbox that is an app exclusive item only, due to the store closing at midnight and our late departure to taco bell, we could notorder only and receive the app exclusive taco bell cravings box. After driving 20 minutes to get taco bell and seeing thisnotification we became disappointed until the point where we pulled up to the drive through, during our visit after attemptingto place the order through the app and being unsucessful and asking the taco bell employee assigned to the shift during ourvisit (Mark) if they could honor the discount, Mark was 100% willing and friendly about the whole process. He was happy to takeour order with no complaints and a smile on his face. Mark is the kind of guy fast food service needs we felt taken care of andat ease underneath Marks care.
