My $50 order was incorrect and at the window I asked for it to be corrected and i offered to pay the difference. I was told it... could be added. Then a man came to the window and refused as he put it "the add on". I told him I wanted to speak to a managersince no one asked if the order was correct and i was offered to have it corrected! He began to argue with me about thecorrectness of my order. Once the manager came to the window she said her staff were correct and I was dishonest and if I didnot leave she would call the police. I left the drive thru and as I did the manager and the next guest in line flipped me off. IWILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Read more

A. There is no dollar menu anymore. They recently removed it and the items that were priced at #$1 and $2 no longer appear to... be on their menu at all. B. The sign on their door says their dining area is open. Yet the doors are LOCKED. C. The employees atthis particular store ignore the customers that take the time to walk in to the restaurant. You can wait more than 15 minutesbefore someone FINALLY takes your order. They cater more to the drive-thru customers than the customers who get out of theircars and walk-in to order. D. They don't honor the Senior Citizen discount that is advertised by Taco Bell on the Taco Bellwebsite. Can anyone at Taco Bell say FALSE ADVERTISING? Read more

I ordered a cravings box and I had ordered no lettuce on everything but everything has lettuce on it, and the chips had so much... extra salt they were inedible. This happens almost every time I?ve went to this specific location, and I only went this timebecause I was on the area. The employees do not respect their job and it shows with terrible food quality, and poor attitude.Thank you Read more

This Taco Bell has ALWAYS been trashy!!! Even with the changes in management, they never try to better themselves or the food or... service. They always do their best to have the worst service possible. Just go down the street to a different location I promiseyou that they spit in or otherwise tamper with anyones food who they don?t like Read more

The food was good. We decided to go in because the drive thru had about 12 cars. They served all 12 car's plus 3 more before... we got our food 30 minutes later. So don't let the long line in the drive thru deter you, they make it a priority over the 5people in the dining room. Read more

When I order through the drive through and tell them I have a tomato allergy and to leave it off my Mexican pizza and two tacos,... imagine to my surprise that they were still on there, they were more worried at drive through about talking to each other thenhelping the customers. PLEASE TAKE ALLERGIES SERIOUS Read more

Waited 30 minutes total in line at drive thru. 10 minutes just sitting at the window after paying, listening (thru the glass) to... a female worker complaining very loudly about something instead of doing something productive. All that just to not get what iPAID for and my food was cold by the time i ate it. I can't even check easily before i leave if i have all my food because tacobell tapes the bag shut. No way I'm going back to this location. They somehow managed to not cook something that ONLY HAD CHEESEin it all the way through. How is this worth money? Read more
